Patel SIR belongs to Jagapathi Babu. He is the main highlight of the film. Jagapathi Babu pulled his role with ease and looks menacing in action sequences. He also did very well during the emotional scenes in second half. Old man getup suits him well. Patel SIR is Jagapathi babu's show all the way.
Padma Priya has a limited screen screen time and she did well in her role as female lead. Veteran actress Aamani did an impressive act in a guest role.
Tanya Hope looks glamorous and stylish as a lady police officer. Posani and Raghu Babu evokes some laughs here and there. Subba Raju, Subhaleka Sudhakar, Kabir Singh, Prabhakar, Prudhvi are adequate.
Emotional Scenes In Second Half
'Patel SIR' is a revenge drama which has been told many times before. Jagapathi Babu's stylish avatar as menacing killer catches the eye. First Half of the film deals with ruthless killings. But, with lack of gripping screenplay first half moves in a predictable mode. Things start falling in place during Interval. Second half proceeds as a good emotional drama which makes this film a decent watch. It is second half where debut director Vasu Parimi scores maximum.
Cinematography by Shyam K Naidu is decent. Music and BGM by DJ Vasanth is impresssive and helped to elevate the scenes. Production values by Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram are quite impressive which makes the film looks stylish.
Bottom-Line : Passable Action,Emotional Drama
