He delivers in comedy scenes as well as horror scenes with his natural act. Heroine Priyanka impresses with her glamorous looks. Madhunandan, Vinod who was seen as sidekicks of Vijay entertains and provided comic relief from start to end. Malavika Nair did a crucial role and she did well in some emotional scenes as Sishira. Among the others, Kalyani, Yamuna, Ravi Prakash, Ravi Varma, Sijju are adequate in their roles.

Highlights :

First Half

Engaging Narration

Maate Vinadhuga Song

Quality Technical Values

Rich Production Values

Drawbacks :

Parts of the second half

Climax

Analysis:

Director Rahul Sankrityan comes up with a different concept in the horror genre. He handled the scenes without deviating from the main concept and also became successful in entertaining audience by mixing comedy to it. A couple of scenes in First half where Vijay finds about the ghost in the car and the murder scene during interval thrills audience. Though the second half is dragged at times, the emotional connect and engaging narration have worked in favor of the film.

Cinematography and Background Music plays a crucial role in any horror film. ‘Taxiwaala’ is backed with quality technicalities. Sujeeth Sarang’s cinematography elevates the mood wherever it is required. Jakes Bejoy’s music is another positive for this film. Apart from chartbuster ‘Maate Vinaduga’ song, he has taken the film to next level with his BGM. Sreejith Sarang’s crisp editing helps the movie to run in speed pace. Producer SKN backed this project without any compromise and this is evident with its rich technicalities on screen.

With an ample amount of Thrills, Comedy and Engaging first half, ‘Taxiwaala’ will impress all sections of audiences.

Bottom-line: Thrill & Fun Ride

Rating: 3.25/5

Title: Taxiwaala CBFC Rating : U/A Run-Time: 2 Hrs 12 Mins Release Date: 17-11-2018 Banner: GA2 Pictures, UV Creations Cast: Vijay Deverakonda, Priyanka Jhawalkar, Malavika Nair, Yamuna, Utthej, Madhunandan, Ravivarma, Vishnu and Others Music: Jakes Bejoy Cinematography: Sujeeth Sarang Editing: Sreejith Sarang Producer: SKN Written & Directed by Rahul Sankrityan Story : Shiva (Vijay Deverakonda) in search of a job, comes to his friend (Madhunandan) who […]

[24,14,17
140,139,142,141

post-411021","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","category-movies","category-reviews","category-slideshow","tag-taxiwaala-rating","tag-taxiwaala-review","tag-vijay-deverakonda-latest-film","tag-vijay-deverakonda-taxiwaala-review
["GET
