Strange things happen in Radha\u2019s (Mouryani) life at the apartment with one killing after the other. How his police boyfriend Vikram (Kamal Kamaraju) solves the mystery is the basic storyline of the movie. There is another subplot involving a watchman which is eventually linked to the main thread.<\/p>\n

Performances:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Kamal Kamaraju looks the part and also seems to be only one acting professionally, at least giving the required vibe, in the entire film. But, even he has to deal with poor direction and is let down eventually.<\/p>\n

Mouryani and Pooja Ramachandran are noticeable female leads. The former plays the typical heroine role among the two whereas the latter is given a supporting part that requires some amount of acting. Pooja Ramachandran is better in that aspect comparatively, but even that is executed weakly.<\/p>\n

Mallidi Ravi and others are okay in their parts which offer nothing unusual for the setup. They turn out routine eventually.<\/p>\n

The basic premise and message of LAW by director Gagan Gopal Mulk is decent. However, noble intentions don\u2019t make a good film. The direction has to be tight, and the narrative should be gripping. LAW fails miserably on that all-important score.<\/p>\n

The screenplay follows a typical path of suspense premise that leads to ghost angle. Only a strong screenplay can make the proceedings engaging, but it is uneven throughout. Still one can manage with great difficulty in the first half, but the second hour goes for a toss. The purpose of the content fails and is diluted in the section in the second half.<\/p>\n

Satya Kashyap has done his work well with respect to the background score. The rest of the technical crew has put in a shoddy job. The production values are poor.<\/p>\n

Overall, LAW is a massive disappointment.<\/p>\n
