Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya (Navin Polishetty) is a small-time detective operating in Nellore. One day he gets a tip about a dead body on railway track by his crime journalist friend. How that investigation changes his life is the basic story of the movie.<\/p>\n

Performances:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Navin Polishetty is a sensation in his first big acting outing. It is a one-man show where gives it his all. From the first frame to the last, Navin shines the brightest.<\/p>\n

The best thing about the performance from Navin Polishetty is that it doesn\u2019t ever give the vibe of a newcomer. It is like an established artist showcasing various shades of his acting skills. The different dialogue modulations, the comic timing, the depth in emotional sequences and carrying off heavy drama, everything is wonderfully conveyed showcasing his full range. With the right opportunities, Navin Polishetty is a new star in the making.<\/p>\n

Shruti Sharma compliments the hero excellently. Together they have the right chemistry of a detective and his agent. The actress too has right comic timing or at least the timing of various small dialogues has been done to perfection, leaving an impact.<\/p>\n

The rest of the cast comprises of several known and unknown faces who have all done a fantastic job. Suhas is hilarious in a couple of scenes.<\/p>\n

RSJ Swaroop has come with an exciting detective thriller outing which is a far cry from the regular commercial films we get to see every Friday. The genre is not a routine one, and it provides the freshness to the viewers. All that is now needed is a reliable, engaging narrative which is what RSJ Swaroop manages to achieve without going overboard.<\/p>\n

The movie builds momentum as it progresses. Although there is an interval, it seems like a mere formality as story-wise, the intensity keeps on increasing after every turn. Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya starts on a funny note. The comedy works out well thanks to the lead pair who share great timing with each other.<\/p>\n

Once we get into the murder angle and core story and its suspense, the comedy takes a backseat. It doesn\u2019t mean there is no entertainment, it is there, but most of it comes as par the situation rather than shoehorning it into the narrative.<\/p>\n

By pre-interval point, the seriousness dose increases and the same is continued in the second half. During the pre-climax and climax where all the revelations lie, the real depth of the subject is put forth to the audience. There is a genuine feeling of satisfaction with all that has transpired, and that is where the success of Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya lies.<\/p>\n

The music mostly comprises of background score barring the song initially. Mark K Robin has done a neat job with it as the suspense and excitement mood are appropriately elevated with it. The cinematography by Sunny Kurapati and editing should have been better. The writing is also done by RSJ Swaroop, which is another significant asset to the movie. The producer Rahul Yadav Nakka must be appreciated for bringing a fresh dose of entertainment to the Telugu audience.<\/p>\n
