Keerthy Suresh, who recently won the National Award for her performance as Savitri in ‘Mahanati’, is currently busy with a couple of Telugu films and has also signed a Bollywood sports drama with ‘Badhaai Ho’ director Amit Sharma, alongside Ajay Devgn in Boney Kapoor’s production. She was last seen in Vijay’s ‘Sarkar’ and hasn’t signed any Tamil films from then.<\/p>\n
Now the latest update is that the actress has finally signed up for a Tamil film. She will be seen as the lead actress in the ‘Production No.3’ presented by Karthik Subbaraj’s ‘Stone Bench Films’. The film has begun its shoot today at Kodaikanal and it is set to proceed at a rapid pace.<\/p>\n
Karthik confirmed this news through his twitter account by posting a poster of the team. Karthik has already produced ‘Mercury’ with Prabhu Deva in the lead and another commercial hit film ‘Meyaadha Maan’ while on the other hand, he is all set to direct Dhanush in an action-thriller next.<\/p>\n
This film is written and directed by debutante filmmaker Eashvar Karthic which is touted to be a mystery thriller. The yet-to-be-titled film has its cinematography by Karthik Palani and music by Santhosh Narayanan. The film is expected to release in the early 2020s.
