Ajay (Mahesh Babu), a Major in the Indian army takes the responsibility of delivering the news of fatal injury of his colleague to her month, Bharati (Vijaya Shanti). On his way, he meets Samskruti (Rashmika Mandanna) who falls head over heels in love with him.<\/p>\n

When Ajay (Mahesh Babu) reaches Kurnool, he is surprised to find Bharathi\u2019s family missing. What happened to her family and how Ajay solves the problem is the basic story of the movie?<\/p>\n

Superstar Mahesh Babu is back with a new movie and also a whole new attitude and style. This time he plays a military officer. However, more than the character, it is how he portrays the character that makes it a winner. The livewire energy that fans of Superstar Mahesh Babu were so longing for is available in abundance in Sarileru Neekevvaru. <\/p>\n

Right from the opening scene, we get a feeling that something special is in store. And we get precisely that throughout the movie. If the \u2018lungi scene\u2019 in the train episode showcases his free-spirited fun side, the Konda Reddy Buruju interval block highlights the mass angle. Similarly, in the second half, the two warning scenes coming with variations will thrill the fans and the audience. And last, but not the least, the dance in \u2018Mind Block\u2019 is sure to blow everyone\u2019s mind.<\/p>\n

Sarileru Neekevvru is the perfect example of what one generally refers to as a one-man show. Mahesh Babu is in a serious fun mode, and the infectious energy is sure to rub on everyone who watches it positively.<\/p>\n

Lady Amitabh Vijaya Shanti making a comeback to movies after a long gap is given a substantial role. She is the backbone of the core story of the film. The senior actress fits perfectly for the part and adds a special aura to it.<\/p>\n

Rashmika Mandanna plays a hyperactive girl falling for a hero character to perfection. The writing is excellent for her part, and the expressions that go with it are sure to make a long-lasting impact. All we have to say is \u2013 \u201cArdhamavuthunda?\u201d<\/p>\n

Prakash Raj, after a brief gap, is seen playing a negative role. He enacts it in his inevitable style that is a mix of fun and seriousness. The scenes involving him and Mahesh Bab are a treat to watch on the big screen. In the same way, Rajendra Prasad is ever reliable and adequate in providing fun.<\/p>\n

The rest of the movie comprises of many big names in supporting parts. Rao Ramesh as a frustrated husband steals the show with his flashback related to marriage in the train episode. Sangeetha, Hariteja, and kids provide fun in the first half. Ajay, Subbaraju, Vennela Kishore, Posani Krishna Murali, and others take care of entertainment in the second half.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Director Anil Ravipudi has four back to back blockbusters to his credit. The reason for such success is his ability to entertain the audience in spite of predictable stories. With Sarileru Neekevvaru he repeats his success formula, this time with a much bigger star.<\/p>\n

As usual, the essential storyline is simple, but right from the start, Anil Ravipudi maintains an iron grip over the narration. The screenplay is tight keeping the audience engaged throughout.<\/p>\n

The various elements that make a commercial entertainer work, comedy, action and heroic elevations, are correctly blended in the narrative. One thing flows smoothly into other, and we have seamless proceedings at the display.<\/p>\n

The first half is all about the army episode, train comedy, followed by the action-block in the interval. All are appropriately executed, giving a high to the fans, and movie lovers. The \u2018Alluri Seethramaraju\u2019 usage is terrific.<\/p>\n

The second half takes the momentum further up with everything coming together like a dream in the first half an hour. It is followed by a comedy block which could have been trimmed a bit. But, there is enough entertainment packed. The whole thing leads to the ultimate paisa vasool \u2018Mind Block\u2019 video. The climax is excellent with a well-intended message blended in comedy.<\/p>\n

Sarileru Neekevvaru, in the end, is a well-packaged mass entertainer that is sure to find patronage among the fans and all classes of audience.<\/p>\n

Devi Sri Prasad has come with a blockbuster background score for Superstar Mahesh Babu, again. The combination continues to deliver one success bigger than others. He is So Cute and Mind Block, are already a rage. They are sure to reach further bigger heights after the movie. The cinematography by Rathavelu is top-notch. He gives the film a visually stunning look. Sets by art director Prakash deserved special mention. The way he recreated Kondareddy Buruju in Kurnool is top-class. The editing by Tammiraju is neat.<\/p>\n

The producer of the flick Srileru Neekevvaru, Anil Sunkara, and Presenter Dil Raju have done a fabulous job in mounting the film on a grand scale. The production values by Anil Sunkara look grand on screen. He got the right technicians on board to get the best output. And finally, a message related to the army that will resonate with everyone.<\/p>\n
