Gaali Sampath is a mute aged guy who wants to earn a name as an artist. He has a reason for it. Soori is a truck driver who wants to own one for him and settle in life. The father and son duo share a love-hate relationship as the former always finds himself in trouble, much to the latter’s frustration.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Soori decides to take a considerable sum as a loan for buying a truck. It is also tied to his love life, as owning one and being an independent guy will allow him to marry her. However, due to a miscommunication, Soori loses everything, and the reason is his father. What happens next is the basic story of the film.<\/p>\n

Performances:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rajendra Prasad is a legend, and his legendary acting skills are on display once again in Gaali Sampath. He evokes myriad emotions with his expressions alone without any dialogue. It shows how the power of emotions. The pre-interval stage performance is terrific and will make one clap. The initial few sequences in the second half further highlight the extraordinary work of the actor.<\/p>\n

Sree Vishnu chips in with a settled yet aggressive performance. His scenes with the father character and with the lover are well done and acted. But, it is the former bonding with Rajendra Prasad that stands out.<\/p>\n

Lovely Singh playing the chirpy, bubbly girl is an excellent addition to the cast. She brings an air of fun whenever she is around.<\/p>\n

Sathya is rocking with each new movie and role. Here in Gaali Sampath, he acts as voice translator to the \u2018Fifi\u2019 language spoken by Rajendra Prasad. He brings his trademark hilarious touch to them. Tanikella Bharani is ever-reliable as usual, and so is Raghu Babu.<\/p>\n

Then there are a bunch of known faces in comic skits. They all do their respective parts well.<\/p>\n

Anish directs Gaali Sampath based on the story by S Krishna. Anil Ravipudi provides the screenplay and dialogue to the movie. Together, they create a nice mixture of comedy and drama that are sure to stir our emotions.<\/p>\n

The setting of the film lends to a nice pleasant view where the whole drama unfolds. We have many interesting and quirky characters in the place that are all well-written. Even though the length is less. It makes one part of the location. It is a significant win for the director and the creative team.<\/p>\n

The comedy works out well with the various quirky characters. It keeps us entertained throughout. Simultaneously, romance and drama are neatly blended into the narrative through Soori and Gaali Sampath’s roles.<\/p>\n

The interval takes everyone by surprise and makes one wonder what is in the store in the second half. We get into a different genre post-intermission.<\/p>\n

A survival genre story takes place at the core of the proceedings in the second half. It is neatly executed, even though there is an unavoidable cinematic suspension of disbelief in place. The emotional underpinning is what makes the whole thing worth it. In the end, Gaali Sampath is the right combination of comedy and drama and leaves us with a satisfying feeling.<\/p>\n

The music by Achu is good. The first single, \u2018Fififee\u2019 song, is viral. It is also well shot and placed in the movie. The others are also decent. The background score goes well with the overall tone of the film. The cinematography by Sai Sriram is superb. The editing by is neat. S Krishna, deserve credit for backing unique content as his maiden Production on Imagespark Entertainment banner along with Shine Screens Harish Peddi and Sahu Garapati with mainstream actors. It has been made uncompromisingly.<\/p>\n

Bottom-line<\/strong>: Comedy And Drama In High Doses<\/p>\n
