Kingston, a fantasy entertainer starring GV Prakash Kumar, is the latest offering from newcomer director Kamal Prakash. First time director Kamal Prakash came up with an interesting plot and rich visuals. But, lack of proper tight script impacted the final output. Though the story sounded interesting, the screenplay looked a bit confusing. Kingston is a visually stunning film, with impressive cinematography and VFX. The music of GV Prakash Kumar is decent, and the background music elevates the scenes. However, the screenplay is confusing and with a slow pace that detracts from the overall experience. The film’s emotional quotient is decent but it could be stronger. The intriguing twists made this first sea adventure film in India a worthy watch.<\/span><\/p>\n
