Amani Deserves a National Award for her Role as ‘Andhrula Annapurna Dokka Seethamma’: Murali Mohan at the Title Poster Launch Event

Murali Mohan and Amani play the lead roles in the upcoming film titled Andhrula Annapurna Dokka Seethamma, produced by Valluri Rambabu under the Usha Rani Movies banner, and directed by T.V. Ravi Narayan. The cinematography is handled by Rahul Srivastav, while Karthik Kodakandla provides the music, and M. Ravi Kumar is the art director. The title poster of the film was launched in an event held on Friday, which was graced by special guests such as Ambika Krishna and Relangi Narasimha Rao. The movie is a powerful tribute to Dokka Seethamma’s legacy. The first look poster perfectly captures the essence of the beloved social worker and educationalist, with Aamani flawlessly embodying the role.

While speaking at the first look launch, Ambika Krishna stated: “It is a great thing to make a film on a legend like Dokka Seethamma. Through such films, we can make people aware of the lives of such great individuals. The public must know about them. Dokka Seethamma was a philanthropist who sold four hundred acres of land to feed everyone. With Amani portraying this role, her respect will increase among all. She is not just an artist, she is an actor with golden heart. I wish all the best to producer Rambabu and the director. This seems to be a great film.”

Director T.V. Ravi Narayan said: “Like everyone else, I became a fan of Chiranjeevi garu and entered the industry in 2012. As a fan of Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, I wanted to make a good movie. The words that Pawan Kalyan garu said about Dokka Seethamma inspired me greatly. As a fan, I thought of making this film and dedicating it to both Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. We started this film with the intent to spread the history of Dokka Seethamma. I did not begin this film for money, but because I wanted every Telugu person to know about the life of this great woman. Every penny earned from this film will be donated to Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan garu, CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu, by our producer, and our entire team. We will contribute the money to the fund named after Dokka Seethamma. It is my good fortune to work on a story about such a great woman for my first film. I wanted to do a song with Suchitra master for this film, and the film has grown in stature thanks to the support of Chandra Bose. Amani has performed wonderfully in the role. I can never forget the support provided by Murali Mohan garu. Art director Ravanna has done an amazing job with the sets. We will be bringing the trailer soon, and I believe this film will be loved by all.”

Murali Mohan avowed: “We are making a film on the legendary story of Dokka Seethamma, and among all her virtues, her generosity in feeding others stands out. She fed everyone who came to her. It is important for the current generation to know about such great people. Director Ravi has done a lot of research to create this story. Amani is a wonderful artist, and it is a privilege for such a great artist to play the role of Dokka Seethamma. I hope Amani wins a National Award for her performance in this film. Everyone should watch this movie. I thank the director and producer for giving me such a great opportunity.”

Amani stated: “When the director came and told me the story of Dokka Seethamma, I didn’t know much about her as I am from Bangalore. After hearing the story, I searched for more about her on Google, and I realized what a great person she was. It’s rare to come across such roles, and I consider it a stroke of luck to have gotten this role. I’m thrilled to act alongside Murali Mohan garu and to work again with Suchitra master. We are doing this film with a good intention. I am thankful to the director and producer for giving me this wonderful opportunity.”

Producer Rambabu said: “We are making this film to share the story and history of Dokka Seethamma with everyone. Amani’s portrayal of Dokka Seethamma will captivate the audience. This film will soon be coming to the audience.”

Relangi Narasimha Rao affirmed: “To think of making a film about a legend like Dokka Seethamma is a bold step. Such films require extensive research. Dokka Seethamma is well-known even to the British. She turned down an invitation from the King of London and chose to stay here to serve everyone. It’s a matter of fortune for Murali Mohan garu to play Dokka Joganna and Amani garu to play Dokka Seethamma in such a film.”
