Popular actress Samantha has stepped into film production. Her first film as a producer under the Tra La La Moving Pictures banner is titled Subham, directed by Praveen Kandregula. The film\u2019s background score is composed by Vivek Sagar, while Clinton Cerejo has provided the music. Subham is set to release worldwide on May 9. Ahead of its release, a pre-release event was held in Visakhapatnam on Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, Samantha<\/span> said: “Every time I come to Vizag, the film turns out to be a blockbuster. Seeing the love from fans here made me understand what real affection feels like. When I saw our director Praveen\u2019s energy, I was completely moved. As a producer, I began this project with a fresh perspective. I started the Tra La La production banner with the goal of telling unique stories with new people and entertaining audiences. That\u2019s my vision. Please watch our film with your family on May 9. You\u2019ll leave the theater with a happy smile after watching it.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Director Praveen Kandregula<\/span> said, “Subham is a remarkable film. Telugu cinema hasn’t seen content like this before – it’s rare to get something so fresh. Horror-comedy in this form hasn\u2019t been explored here. I owe this journey to Samantha; without her support, Subham wouldn\u2019t be where it is today. I\u2019m always indebted to Raj & DK for trusting me with Cinema Bandi. Writers are the backbone of any film, and Vasanth has provided brilliant content. Harshith delivered a natural performance, and Srinivas was not just a director but also acted alongside us. Shalini is a great writer, and Charan did an excellent job.
