Kannada action prince Dhruva Sarja plays the lead in \u2018KD The Devil\u2019 a high-budget film produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the KVN Productions banner. Directed by Prem, the film features Reeshma Nanaiah as the female lead. The project also stars Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, and Nora Fatehi in prominent roles. The teaser of the film was released on Thursday in a grand launch event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, Sanjay Dutt<\/span> said, \u201cI share a special bond with Hyderabad. I\u2019ve worked with many people here, and I absolutely love the food in this city. I\u2019m currently working on a film with Prabhas sir, and I\u2019m trying to learn Telugu there. I\u2019m a huge fan of Chiranjeevi garu. Producer Venky sir and Suprith are extremely passionate about cinema, which is why they were able to bring such a grand film to life. Director Prem is a wonderful person, very humble. Reeshma has done a fantastic job, and Dhruva is like a younger brother to me. I wish him great success. It\u2019s always full of energy working with Shilpa Shetty. I hope everyone watches and supports our film.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Dhruva Sarja<\/span> said, \u201cThanks to everyone who worked on KD \u2013 our cinematographer William, producer Venkat, Suprith, music director Arjun \u2013 thank you all. I admire Sanjay Dutt sir a lot, and it was a joy working with him. It\u2019s always a pleasure working with talented actors like Shilpa Shetty, who even helps correct our performances on set. Reeshma is a very good actress. Our movie is releasing soon, and I believe everyone will enjoy it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Director Prem<\/span> said, \u201cI\u2019m speechless seeing the response to the \u2018KD The Devil\u2019 teaser. I only speak Kannada, though I understand Telugu but can\u2019t speak it fluently. I had made \u2018Jogi\u2019 in Kannada, which was remade here as \u2018Yogi\u2019. I was once asked to direct the Telugu version, but I declined due to the language barrier. I watch a lot of Telugu films and often visit Chiranjeevi garu\u2019s home. Now, I\u2019m coming to the Telugu audience with \u2018KD\u2019. The teaser is already receiving an overwhelming response. My friend and family-like Dhruva Sarja has stood by me throughout this journey. The character \u2018Kalidasa\u2019 carries a lot of emotion, and Dhruva portrayed it beautifully. I thank Sanju Baba for taking it on – I\u2019ve always been a big fan of his. Shilpa Shetty was very cooperative during the shoot, and Reeshma is a talented artist. The film has already created records in audience rights. I believe everyone will love it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Shilpa Shetty<\/span> said, \u201cMy debut film wasn\u2019t in Hindi – it was in Telugu. I did \u2018Sahasaveerudu Sagara Kanya\u2019. Ever since then, the Telugu audience has always showered me with love. I thank director Prem for giving me the role of Satyavati. Producer Venkat has great passion for cinema. Working with Dhruva and Reeshma was a joy. Every film I\u2019ve done with Sanjay Dutt has been a hit – I hope this trend continues. This film has all the commercial elements, and Prem has directed it with a lot of heart.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Reeshma Nanaiah<\/span> said, \u201cI first came here for the \u2018UI\u2019 promotion, and now I\u2019m back for \u2018KD\u2019. I hope everyone liked the teaser. This movie is very special to me. All the characters are unique and different. It\u2019s a new concept. I\u2019m grateful to director Prem for giving me a chance to be part of such a massive project with such a stellar cast. Akshita madam and Prem sir introduced me to the industry – they are my mentors. Sanjay Dutt sir is a wonderful person and patiently listens to everything. Shilpa Shetty ma\u2019am brought such positive energy to the sets\u2014I\u2019ve learned a lot from her. Working with Dhruva sir was amazing. He\u2019s very encouraging to his fellow actors.
