Presented by KL Damodar Prasad, Directed by Srinivas Manne, the film follows four friends who try to expose a fake spiritual leader, but end up facing a supernatural force. The film got a good buzz after Bunny Vaas and Vamsi Nandipati took over the film before release. Eesha hit the theatres on December 25.

Plot

The story revolves around four friends – Kalyan (Thrigun), Vinay (Akhil Raj), Nayana (Hebah Patel), and Aparna (Siri Hanmanth) – who are rationalists and believe in exposing fake spiritual leaders. They decide to take on a powerful Baba, Adi Dev (Prithviraj), who claims to have miraculous powers. The friends accept the Baba’s challenge to spend three days in an abandoned bungalow, where they encounter terrifying supernatural events.

Performances

The actors deliver performances that fit their roles. Thrigun and Hebah Patel impress with their experience and serious scenes. Mime Madhu is chilling as a tribal woman, and Prithviraj looks serious as the Baba. Siri Hanmanth and Akhil Raj perform well within their scope.

Highlights

Horror Elements
Climax
BGM
Cinematography

Drawbacks

Predictable At Times
Slow first half

Analysis

The film’s concept is not new, but the presentation is impressive. The twists and visuals are engaging, and the second half is where the real story begins. The film explores the reasons behind spirits’ existence and the emotional connection they have with the living. The climax is well handled, with a scientific and emotional point that adds depth to the story.

The background music by RR Dhruvan elevates the mood, and the sound effects are effective in creating a scary atmosphere. The cinematography by Santosh captures the abandoned bungalow’s eerie atmosphere wonderfully.

However, the film has some drawbacks. The first half is slow, and some scenes are predictable. The story could have been more engaging, and the characters’ backstories could have been explored further. Despite these flaws, the film is a good option for horror fans, with a thrilling climax and impressive performances. Overall, Eesha is a spine chilling horror thriller with a twist. With impressive performances, engaging visuals, and a well handled climax, it’s a good watch for horror fans.

Rating: 3/5

Bottom-line: A Spine-Chilling Horror Thriller with a Twist

‘Eesha’ Movie Review Movie: Eesha Release Date: 25 December 2025 CBFC Rating: A Run-time: 2h 7m Banner: HVR Productions Cast: Thrigun, Hebah Patel, Akhil Raj, Siri Hanmanth, Prithveeraj and others Editor: Vinai Ramasamy V Music: RR Dhruvan DOP: Santosh Sanamoni Produced by: Pothula Hema Venkateswara Rao Presented by: KL Damodar Prasad Story, Screenplay, Direction: Srinivas […]

[24,11,14,17
69707,278,7444,3602
10781,8910,9242,12026,10041,19173,33557,33545,50751
