We made ‘Seetha Payanam’ with complete honesty… audiences are connecting deeply with our film: Action King Arjun Sarja at the Thank You Meet

Arjun Sarja, popularly known as Action King, has produced and directed the film Seetha Payanam. Through this film, he introduced his daughter Aishwarya Arjun and Niranjan, son of actor Upendra’s elder brother, to the screen. Produced under the Shri Ram Films International banner, the film was released on February 14 and has received overwhelming appreciation from audiences and the media alike. On this occasion, the film unit hosted a Thank You Meet on Sunday.

Arjun Sarja said, “The story of Seetha Payanam revolves around gratitude and mindful thinking. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who showered love and appreciation on our film, and special thanks to the media for standing by us throughout this journey. Thirteen years ago, I witnessed an accident—had it been even ten seconds earlier or later, it wouldn’t have happened. That incident planted the seed for this story. Everyone who watches the film says it feels like a reflection of their own life. The characters gradually realize that even within negativity, there is goodness. Life itself is a journey.

I entered films without knowing what acting truly meant, and learned it along the way. Later, I felt compelled to direct as well. Winning the State Best Actor Award for Gentleman only increased my sense of responsibility. I am extremely happy with the output and the response to Seetha Payanam. Many are praising my daughter’s performance—I passed right there itself. I’m not claiming this is a great film, but what we intended has connected with people.

Niranjan delivered a wonderful performance. Prakash Raj, Sathyaraj, and Kovai Sarala are outstanding actors. Bitthiri Satti, Siri, and Charan also performed very well. The cinematographer, music director, and dialogue writer are the film’s greatest strengths. Murthy and I completed this film together. Dhruva Sarja appeared in a powerful cameo. We made this film with complete honesty. I believe everyone will like it. Those who haven’t watched it yet—please do so soon. Wishing everyone a very Happy Maha Shivaratri.”

Aishwarya Arjun stated, “Seetha Payanam is very special to all of us. The love we are receiving from the audience makes it even more special. Thank you to both the audience and the media. Those who haven’t watched the film yet, please go with your family—it will definitely appeal to everyone. Anup Rubens’ music is absolutely beautiful. My heartfelt thanks to my father—my director and producer—for trusting me and giving me this opportunity, and to everyone who supported me throughout this journey.”

Niranjan affirmed, “My sincere thanks to Telugu audiences for supporting newcomers like me. We worked extremely hard on this film. It’s a perfect family watch. I’m grateful to Arjun sir for giving me such a meaningful role and film. This movie is filled with values and will connect with everyone. Working with Aishwarya was a wonderful experience. We’re getting good openings everywhere, and I hope audiences continue to support our film.”

Music Director Anup Rubens said, “Making a film with such a story requires immense courage. Arjun sir made this film with the sole intention of giving audiences a meaningful cinema experience. Gratitude is something everyone should carry in life. Films rooted in family emotions like this are what we truly need today. I’m glad people are appreciating the songs and background score. Aishwarya and Niranjan performed brilliantly. This is a film everyone must watch.”

Dialogue Writer Sai Madhav Burra avowed, “I thank Arjun sir for giving me the opportunity to write dialogues for such a meaningful film. Every character in this story connects with us, and every scene carries depth. I got the chance to write impactful dialogues throughout the film. Audiences are walking out of theatres with the feeling that they’ve watched something truly special. Films like this are what people are longing for today.”

Associate Director Murthy stated, “Seetha Payanam is a remarkable film. Arjun sir has revealed a new dimension of himself through this movie. I closely witnessed his dedication during this journey. Every dialogue feels like a pearl. Anup sir’s songs and their lyrics beautifully reflect strong values. My thanks to all the audiences who are supporting our film.”
