On the occasion of the 103rd birth anniversary of legendary actor, former Chief Minister, and Telugu icon Late Sri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu, floral tributes were paid to his statue at Film Nagar, Hyderabad, today.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tribute ceremony was attended by Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation Chairman Bharath Bhushan Garu, Nandamuri Mohana Krishna Garu, Nandamuri Mohana Roopa Garu, Nandamuri Seemanthini Garu, Nandamuri Deepika, Tummala Prasanna Kumar Garu, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna Garu, actor and former minister Babu Mohan Garu, producer Bharadwaj Garu, and several film personalities, admirers, and fans who gathered to remember the legendary leader and actor with great respect and devotion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking on the occasion, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna Garu<\/span> said, \u201cToday is a memorable day for the Telugu community as we celebrate the birth anniversary of Annagaru NTR. He was the man who brought worldwide recognition and pride to the Telugu people. NTR Garu was truly a blessing to the Telugu race, and I believe his blessings will always remain with all Telugu people.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Nandamuri Mohana Krishna Garu<\/span> said, \u201cI feel immensely proud hearing everyone speak about my father, NTR Garu, who is worshipped by the Telugu people. He won the hearts of people both in cinema and politics. He brought revolutionary changes for the welfare of the poor and stood as their protector. He recognized women\u2019s rights and equality long before others did. I also thank the Telangana Government and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Garu for unveiling the new NTR statue at Ameerpet.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Former Corporator Kaja Suryanarayana Garu<\/span> expressed happiness over the installation of NTR Garu\u2019s statue near Saradhi Studios and thanked the Telangana Government. He said NTR Garu gave political opportunities and a future to many leaders and elevated the identity of Telugu people globally.<\/span><\/p>\n

Former Minister and actor Babu Mohan Garu<\/span> said, \u201cMy parents were great admirers of NTR Garu, and I have admired him since childhood. Though I knew nothing about politics, it was NTR Garu who encouraged and guided me into public life. He always stood by every promise made to the people and remains immortal in our hearts.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

He further thanked everyone who gathered to celebrate the Nandamuri legacy and said that NTR Garu always believed in serving society and helping people in need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nandamuri Seemanthini Garu<\/span> stated that NTR Garu worked tirelessly for the people and always believed that all citizens are equal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nandamuri Mohana Roopa Garu<\/span> said, \u201cNTR Garu elevated the Telugu community to global recognition. No Telugu person exists who does not admire or worship him. Even generations later, there can only be one NTR. He transformed the political landscape of the state and always stood for the welfare of people and the nation during difficult times. He was selfless, believed in unity, and always supported the film industry and those in need.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She also thanked the Telangana Government for unveiling NTR Garu\u2019s statue in Hyderabad and remembered him fondly on his 103rd birth anniversary.<\/span><\/p>\n

Producer Bharadwaj Garu <\/span>said that Telugu people should feel proud that a legendary personality like NTR Garu belonged to the Telugu community and inspired the nation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anil Vallabhaneni Garu<\/span> said, \u201cNTR Garu\u2019s birth anniversary is celebrated like a festival in every Telugu household. He was a visionary leader who inspired generations in politics and public service. It is heartwarming to see everyone gather together to celebrate his legacy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Telugu Film Producers Council Secretary Tummala Prasanna Kumar Garu<\/span> described NTR Garu as one of the greatest actors in the world and said, \u201cLong before the term \u2018Pan-India Star\u2019 became popular, NTR Garu had already achieved that stature. Despite offers from Bollywood, he dedicated his life to Telugu cinema and Telugu people. He entered politics considering people as his family and worked tirelessly for their welfare. The fact that even governments from other political parties honour him proves his greatness. Celebrating his birth anniversary with family members and fans together is truly joyful. Jai NTR!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
