I Feel Lucky to Have Acted in Tatvam: Heroine Dashvika<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Telugu audiences have always shown good appreciation for new and innovative stories. If a film can keep them engaged throughout, even a small-budget movie can achieve big success. Particularly in the murder mystery genre, the suspense and screenplay have a strong appeal among audiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, Tatvam is gearing up to thrill audiences with a unique storyline and intriguing elements. Starring Dinesh Tej and Dashvika K. as the lead pair, the film is directed by Arjun Kola. Produced jointly by Trayathi Ishani Creations and S.K. Productions, the film is produced by Vamsi Seemakurthi , Swetha pashupulate Tatvam is slated for a theatrical release on October 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ahead of the release, heroine Dashvika K. interacted with the media on Monday and shared several interesting details about the film and her character.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tell us about your background.<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Dashvika K., and I am from Vizag. This is my first film. I was looking for an opportunity to make my debut as a heroine when I got this film. I auditioned for Tatvam and was selected. Earlier, I also acted alongside Vijay Deverakonda in a commercial.<\/span><\/p>\n

How does it feel to make your debut as a heroine with Tatvam?<\/span><\/p>\n

I feel lucky to have got a role with good scope for performance right in my first project. When I heard the story of Tatvam, I found it very interesting. My character has a lot of emotion and the story is set against a village backdrop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your character seems to have negative shades in the trailer.<\/span><\/p>\n

My character does have grey shades, but she is someone audiences will like. I don’t want to reveal anything more about the character at this point.<\/span><\/p>\n

What kind of character do you play in Tatvam?<\/span><\/p>\n

She is a soft, kind-hearted girl who supports the hero. My character stands by him as he investigates the killer. She is essentially a positive character.<\/span><\/p>\n

What can audiences expect from Tatvam?<\/span><\/p>\n

Stories like this are generally made in Malayalam cinema, so I am happy that a film with a similar kind of concept is being made in Telugu as well. The film is not boring at any point. It is a murder mystery thriller, and all the elements that are expected in this genre are present. Personally, I am also a shy person, so that helped me connect with my character. The story unfolds against a village backdrop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why did you want to become an actress?<\/span><\/p>\n

I have loved acting since childhood. When I was in third grade, I even told my teacher that I wanted to become an actress. I have always been interested in cinema and modelling. At my parents’ request, I completed my studies before entering the film industry. Now, I have their complete support. I also underwent acting training under Mahathi Bikshu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Were you scared by what you heard about the film industry before entering it?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, I was scared and quite tense before entering the industry. But I eventually understood that we have to manage things and grow in whichever field we choose. In my case, everything went quite smoothly. The industry is not as bad as people outside perceive it to be.<\/span><\/p>\n

What can you say about hero Dinesh Tej?<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinesh is very supportive. He helped me a lot, especially during the action sequences. His character in this film is also very good.<\/span><\/p>\n

What can you say about director Arjun Kola?<\/span><\/p>\n

Director Arjun Kola is a very calm and silent person. He has a software job, and I was surprised to learn that he took three months’ leave from his job to make this film. He is a director with great clarity.<\/span><\/p>\n

What else is a major highlight of the film?<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from the story and narration, Chetan Bharadwaj’s music and the background score will be major highlights of the film.<\/span><\/p>\n

Does the film justify the title Tatvam?<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a very different title. Initially, all of us were a little worried about whether audiences would like it. But we received very positive feedback from everyone. After October 2, everyone will definitely say that the film is as different as its title.<\/span><\/p>\n

What kind of films would you like to do?<\/span><\/p>\n

I want to explore all kinds of roles, especially love stories. I would like to choose characters that offer good scope for performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are your upcoming projects?<\/span><\/p>\n
