After scoring a hit with the detective thriller Thupparivalan (Detective in Telugu), actor Vishal and director Mysskin teamed up for its sequel, Thupparivalan 2. Mysskin roped in debutant Lovely Singh as the leading lady of the film and changed her name to Ashya.
Mysskin roped in Aashya as she could pull off any expression with ease. Aasha used to be a model before and this marks her entry into the films. Meanwhile, the shoot of this film kickstarts from today in Bristol and will continue for 40 nonstop working days.
Vishal and Aashya will take part in the shoot in the initial days.
The other main cast Prasanna, Nassar, Rahman, Gauthami and Suresh Chakravarthy will join the shoot after a few days. Mysskin had earlier visited the Sherlock Holmes museum in London. Incidentally, the popular TV series Sherlock was also shot in Bristol.
