Grand Pre-Release Event of “Jayaho Ramanuja”; Movie Set for Grand Worldwide Theatrical Release on the 24th of This Month

“Jayaho Ramanuja” is a film directed by and starring Lion Dr. Sai Venkat. The movie is being produced by Sai Prasanna and Pravallika under the Sudarsanam Productions banner. American actress Jo Sharma plays the female lead, while Suman and Pravallika appear in other key roles. “Jayaho Ramanuja” is slated for a grand worldwide theatrical release on the 24th of this month. Today, the film’s pre-release event was held grandly in Hyderabad. Speaking at the event:

Actress and Producer Pravallika said: “Our movie ‘Jayaho Ramanuja’ is coming out on the 24th of this month. Making a film is one task, but releasing it is another challenge altogether. We are conducting aggressive promotions for our movie, competing with the major releases of this month. We even held promotional activities near the Statue of Liberty. The film highlights Sri Ramanujacharya’s efforts toward an egalitarian society and the hardships he faced along the way. I consider it a great fortune to have had the opportunity to play three roles in this film—Krishna, Narada, and Raghunathaswamy. We believe today’s generation will learn about Ramanujacharya’s life through our movie.”

Producer Nagabala Suresh said: “Creating mythological and historical period films is very challenging. Lion Sai Venkat is making a grand attempt to bring the life of Sri Ramanujacharya to the screen. He could not have made this film without the blessings of Lord Venkateswara. I wish him massive success with this movie.”

It is commendable that Sai Venkat Garu is making such a noble attempt in Telugu with Jayaho Ramanuja. We will soon witness the success celebrations following its release. Producer and Lead Actor Lion Sai Venkat said: “I read stories of Sri Ramanujacharya during my childhood. Years later, I wrote and sent stories about him to newspapers. It was back then that I resolved to make a film on his life story someday. However, I never imagined that I would play the role of Sri Ramanujacharya myself. He was a great personality who proclaimed that there is no caste or religion and that all humans are one. Making this film was the divine will of Ramanujacharya. When I visited Tirumala dressed in this attire, devotees bowed to me—an incident I will never forget in my life. Because I was not satisfied with the initial post-production work, my daughter Pravallika re-did it to match today’s quality standards and compete with modern standards. I request all audiences to support our film and learn about Sri Ramanujacharya.”
