Plot:
The story of 3 BHK follows the journey of Vasudeva (Sarath Kumar), and his family comprising of his wife Shanthi (Devayani), son Prabhu (Siddharth) and daughter Aarthy (Meetha Raghunath). Vasudeva dreams of owning a house for his family. The film explores the struggles and obstacles that the family faces in their pursuit of this dream, and how they overcome them. What role is Prabhu’s love interest Aishwarya (Chaitra J Achar) played in this narrative forms the rest of the story.
