TTD Chairman’s Meeting with SVBC Officials
TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu urged employees to strive towards achieving financial self-sufficiency for the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC). TTD Board members, SVBC Chairman B. Sridhar Varma, TTD JEO and SVBC CEO Dr. A. Sarath, along with officials from various departments, participated in the meeting held at the SVBC office in Tirupati.
Speaking on the occasion, TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu said, “Revenue must be increased by securing more advertisements in accordance with the channel’s guidelines; to achieve this, the marketing department needs to be further strengthened.”
During the meeting, officials briefed the Chairman on the live broadcasts and other programs currently being aired by the channel, as well as details regarding upcoming initiatives. SVBC Chairman B. Sridhar Varma said, “First, I extend my gratitude to B.R. Naidu garu—who supports SVBC—as well as the board members and other officials for their cooperation and for sparing their time for us. This inaugural meeting has been very inspiring. We plan to hold discussions with officials to purchase the infrastructure and equipment that we currently rent from outside sources. We will soon focus on generating revenue for TTD through various channels. In accordance with regulations, we will consult with members and take appropriate measures to ensure all SVBC activities are profitable. We also intend to strengthen the social media wing to effectively showcase the glory of the Lord, the significance of festivals, the facilities provided to devotees, and the highlights of events at TTD-affiliated temples.”
On this occasion, SVBC Chairman B. Sridhar Varma expressed special thanks to TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu garu, board members, directors, and officials for dedicating their valuable time to the meeting and for the support extended to SVBC.
