Victory Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas have finally come together as hero and director with Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No 47 and expectations are naturally high. This is a special reunion as Trivikram earlier penned the evergreen dialogues for Venky’s classics like Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari. Backed by S Radha Krishna’s Haarika & Hassine Creations on a grand scale, AK 47 hit the screens on 30th October 2026.

Plot

Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No 47 aka AK47 revolves around a middle class family living under a mountain of debts. Chitti Babu (Venkatesh) is a simple, good hearted man whose life is turned upside down because of his wife Swarna’s (Srinidhi Shetty) financial decisions. His world is his two children Sarwa (Rajat Prajwal) and Sampoorna (Yuvina Parthavi). One unexpected incident changes everything for this ideal family, pushing them from a debt ridden life into a dangerous maze involving Inspector Damodar Naidu (Nara Rohith), DSP Bruhaspati (Rao Ramesh), Malathi (Nivetha Pethuraj), Neighbour Satya, Chandan (Udaybir Sandhu) and Judge Pradeep Sarkar (Nassar). How this ordinary family shows extraordinary courage to protect each other and come out of the crisis forms the heart of the story.

Performances

This film belongs to Victory Venkatesh, and he proves yet again why he is called the king of family entertainers. He slips into Chitti Babu effortlessly with his trademark mannerisms, impeccable comic timing, and expressive eyes. Venky carries the entire film on his shoulders with ease and grace. His screen presence is pure joy.

Srinidhi Shetty looks beautiful and delivers a very innocent and cute performance as Swarna. Her chemistry with Venkatesh feels fresh and surprisingly attractive, adding a lot of warmth to the family track. Nara Rohith is impactful in a very important role as Inspector Damodar Naidu, bringing intensity and authority. He holds his own in scenes with Venky.

Rao Ramesh is delightful as always with his unique dialogue delivery and natural style. Young talents Rajat Prajwal and Yuvina Parthavi as the children are wonderful and add a lot of innocence and fun. Satya brings laughs wherever he appears, Nivetha Pethuraj is charming despite limited screen time, and Nassar, Brahmaji, Raghu Babu, and Sachin Khedekar do full justice to their parts. Udaybir Sandhu is convincing as the antagonist Chandan, and Dimple Hayathi sizzles in the special number.

Analysis

The first half of Aadarsha Kutumbam is a complete Trivikram treat. He introduces Venkatesh in a highly entertaining manner and builds the middle class family world with his signature witty dialogues and relatable situations. The comedy, though familiar, is highly engaging and keeps moving forward because of Venky’s performance. The narrative picks up superbly towards the pre interval, leading to a surprising and powerful interval bang that sets high stakes for the second half. It is classic Trivikram clever writing meeting Venky’s brilliant screen presence. The second half shifts gears into a crime action family drama where the family has to outsmart criminals to save themselves. While the story takes a slightly predictable route, Trivikram ensures there are enough engaging moments, emotional beats, and twists to keep it watchable.

On the technical front, the film is rich. Thaman’s background score is a major asset, elevating the action blocks and emotional sequences perfectly, even if the songs are average. Ravi K Chandran’s cinematography is vibrant and colourful, giving a premium visual experience. Naveen Nooli’s editing keeps the flow intact, and the production values are top notch. Overall, Aadarsha Kutumbam is a decent, clean, and thoroughly enjoyable family entertainer that works because of its heart, humour powered by Venkatesh’s vintage charm and Trivikram’s signature dialogues.
