Actor Simbu is going through a rough patch over the past few years. None of his films is working at the box office and even 2019 turned out to be a disappointing one for the actor. He launched a project called Maanaadu with Venkat Prabhu as the director, a few months back. Eventually, the makers declared that the film got shelved due to the creative differences. According to the latest sources from the Tamil film industry, the makers and Simbu came to an understanding and planning to take the film on the floors soon. Apparently, the shoot of Maanaadu will start from the second or third week of January. It seems that star hero Kicha Sudeep will play an important role in this movie.
Kicha Sudeep is a well-known actor across the nation and acted in many multilingual films like Eega and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. He recently acted as the antagonist in Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3. We still don’t know whether Sudeep is playing a supporting role or a villain role in Maanaadu.
