But Angrezi Medium Film has made a decent first day collections in cinema halls because of the positive reviews of the movie a day in advance by film critics.
As per official reports, Angrezi Medium’s first-day collection is 4.03 crores in India and the overseas collections are yet to be revealed by the makers of the movie. Appreciations are showered on the performances of Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan and Deepak Dobriyal in Angrezi Medium reviews along with the emotional, situational comedy content in the film. Star heroines from Bollywood have promoted Angrezi Medium online and this trick has worked to an extent to fill the theatres but #COVID19 played the spoiled brat in the collections to a major extent. Producers have high hopes that Angrezi Medium will get good collections on the weekend with positive word of mouth spreading like a wildfire in social media about the movie.
