After ten years away from direction, SJ Suryah is all set to return behind the camera with a new film titled Killer. Known for his unique storytelling and strong screen presence, Suryah will not only direct but also play the lead role, while writing the story, screenplay, and dialogues himself.
Killer is being made on a big scale and marks a powerful partnership between Suryah’s own production house, Angel Studios, and Sree Gokulam Movies, led by experienced producer Gokulam Gopalan. The film is co-produced by V. C. Praveen and Baiju Gopalan, with Krishnamoorthy as Executive Producer.
Academy Award winning music director AR Rahman comes on board to score the music for the movie, and his inclusion indicates the significance for the music. This marks the fifth collaboration between SJ Suryah and AR Rahman, after Naani, New, Anbe Aaruyire, and Puli.
Killer is planned as a large-scale film and will be released in five languages, aiming to connect with audiences across India.
The makers will disclose the other cast and crew of the movie soon.
