In the age of social media, one certainly takes time to verify the authenticity of a particular piece of news. This is resulting in a lot of people misusing the digital platforms. Especially, fake casting calls have become pretty common these days and we have now come across one such casting call in the name of ARKA Media Works, who produced Baahubali. But, the producers clarified that they have not issued any such casting call.
“It has recently come to our notice that a fraudulent email is in circulation regarding a casting call for a film project under the Arka Mediaworks banner. This is entirely false and fabricated with mischievous intentions. Action has been initiated against the perpetrator with the cybercrime cell. Kindly be wary of such fake emails/letters. All communication regarding projects and casting will be through official Arka Mediaworks channels.”
Well, apart from Baahubali, the producers also bankrolled the movies like Vedam, Maryada Ramanna, Panja. They are currently busy with the production of Baahubali series for Netflix.
