Popular Bollywood singer Mika Singh stirred up a controversy by performing at a wedding in Pakistan, a couple of days ago. It is already known that the tensions are being built up between both Indian and Pakistan after the abrogation of Article 35A by Indian Government.
At this point in time, Mika ignored all the repercussions that he would face and performed at the wedding. After his performance video went viral, the netizens slammed him on social media and demanded the film association ban him. Finally, Mika got banned by All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA).
In an officially released statement, AICWA stated that Mika’s association with film production houses, music companies, and online music content providers will be boycotted with an immediate effect. Mika is popular in Telugu for crooning the song Yaahun Yaahun in Mirchi.
