“Crazy Kalyanam” Is an Honest Entertainer and a Sure-Shot Hit for Dasara: Navarasaraya Dr. Naresh VK at the Trailer Launch Event
Crazy Kalyanam stars Navarasaraya Dr.Naresh VK, Anupama Parameswaran, Tharun Bhascker, and Akhil Uddemari of Raju Weds Rambai fame in the lead roles. The film is being produced as Production No. 2 under the Arrow Cinemas banner by passionate producer Boosam Jagan Mohan Reddy. Badrappa Gajula is directing the film, which is set for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 16.
The makers grandly organised the film’s trailer launch event in Hyderabad today. Prominent producer Dil Raju, producer Bunny Vas, and director Nandini Reddy attended the event as special guests.
Producer Bunny Vas said, “I watched Crazy Kalyanam, and it entertained me thoroughly. Family audiences will enjoy this film during the festive season. Naresh garu and Tharun Bhascker have delivered outstanding performances. The interval scene will remain memorable for audiences as they leave the theatres. Anupama has performed brilliantly. During my college days, some of my female classmates got married. When we attended their classmates’ weddings as guests, those girls would be the brides. They, too, had dreams of achieving something in life, but they kept those desires to themselves and agreed to marriage because of their elders. The thought of what goes on in the minds of such girls became the inspiration for this story. No matter how many stories we write, a producer must have the right taste to recognise them. Our Jagan Mohan anna supported me immensely. He produced this film with the same grandeur and care with which one would arrange his own daughter’s wedding. I thank Bunny Vas garu for coming forward to support our film’s release. Naresh garu is the hero of this film. I enjoyed working with Tharun Bhascker. Anupama is full of energy and was perfectly suited for this character. She delivered a superb performance. Akhil Raj became part of our film even before Raju Weds Rambai. Heroine Anupama Parameswaran said, “I am very happy to have acted in Crazy Kalyanam. This is a script I genuinely liked, and after hearing the story, I wanted to be part of such a film. After Shatamanam Bhavati, people often asked me when I would do another film like that. This film is my answer to them. We are already celebrating it like a festival.
