Analysis:

Director Tirumala Setti Kiran weaves a youthful story, showcasing Sai’s life twists and connections with his uncle and police officer Vishnu Murthy. Although the storyline may not be entirely new, its execution keeps viewers invested.

The film’s pace falters in the second half, with some unnecessary scenes and double-meaning dialogues. Tighter editing and refined dialogue would enhance the viewing experience. Despite a youthful romantic entertainer premise, Drinker Sai is an entertaining, albeit flawed, romantic entertainer. Despite its shortcomings, the film offers engaging performances, captivating music, and colorful cinematography.

Sri Vasanth’s music is captivating, with foot-tapping numbers. Prashanth Anikreddy’s cinematography adds vibrancy. Martand K Venkatesh’s editing could have been crisper. Production values are adequate.

Rating: 3/5

Bottom-line: A Refreshing Take on Love and Redemption
