Coronavirus outbreak has a very high impact on everyone and it is very hard to even predict the economical crisis that the world is going to face in the coming few months. Along with many industries, even the cinema industry is also going to take a heavy beating because of COVID19 outbreak and crores of investment are at stake right now because of lockdown. With no clarity on the extension of lockdown, bright chances of extension for few more months and even multiplexes, cinema halls considering to remain shut down for the next couple of months there is a lot of dilemma in Tollywood films that were planned to release in May, June months of 2020. A fan of Hero Ram Pothineni tweeted about a report by a news agency that young hero is in dilemma regarding the release of Red in theatres or give it to an OTT platform because of coronavirus pandemic. And when Ram Pothineni fan urged to go for a theatrical release to which Ram responded in his own style with a tweet as
“Nope! #RAPO is not in any dilemma..in fact he’s been chilling at home following the Government’s rules on Social Distancing & Home Quarantine. ( like he’s been doing for the past 15 years or so. Man shrugging) & also, he’s waiting to see his fans watch #RedTheFilm on the BIG SCREEN! Fire”
