Puri Jagannadh is one of the leading directors of Telugu Cinema, who is maintaining a successful form from almost two decades. The dashing director came back to success track with the recent iSmart Shankar and proved that there is enough fuel in him. He celebrates his birthday today.
Puri was born on 28th September 1966 in Pithapuram. he started his career as an assistant director and assisted Ram Gopal Varma in many films. He made his directorial debut in 2000 with Pawan Kalyan starrer Badri, which turned out to be a massive blockbuster at the box office.
Since then, there is no looking back for him. In this 19-year-old career, Puri directed many super hit films like Idiot, Amma Nanna Oo Tamilammayi, Pokiri, Deshamuduru, Chirutha, Businessman, Temper, and iSmart Shankar.
