Tamannah Bhatia played one of the crucial characters in the movie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. She was seen as a Bharatanatyam dancer Lakshmi who takes forward the spirit of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy into the public through her art-form. The actress is getting a lot of appreciation for the performance she has put in the movie and she admits that it was not really very easy to play Lakshmi as it needed a lot of preparation and transformation.
Also, Tamannah had admitted the fact that she was initially reluctant to sign the movie which is a period drama. “Just after Baahubali, I do not want to do another period film as I knew that people would draw the conclusions from both the characters. But, Sye Raa had a perfect script and I liked my character. I immediately signed the film and it also matters to me with whom I’m associating.” revealed Tamannah in a recent interview.
On the work front, Tamannah is going to start the shoot for her next with Gopichand which will be directed by Sampath Nandi.
