Kollywood star Karthi is excited about his upcoming movie ‘Kaithi’. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the movie is gearing up for a grand release for Diwali this year.
Karthi also has a big line of interesting projects. He has already wrapped up the shooting of Jeethu Joseph’s family thriller which also features his sister-in-law Jyothika, Sathyaraj and Nikhila Vimal in crucial roles. He is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Sulthan’ under the direction of Bhagyaraj Kannan and shooting is much likely to get completed by the end of this year. In the early next year, Karthi is going to kick start the shooting of Mithran’s film. Prince Pictures who previously bankrolled Karthi’s ‘Dev’ will resources for Mithran-Karthi movie as well.
Mithran is also currently busy with Sivakarthikeyan’s film which will hit the theatres on December 21. In early 2020, Karthi will simultaneously shoot for Mithran’s movie as well as Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyan Selvan’.
