Malayalam beauty Keerthy Suresh has stolen the hearts of Telugu audiences with her acting skills first two films. Then with her mesmerizing performance in “Mahanati”, she has become a household name in both the Telugu states. Later she kept a hold on signing Telugu movies and concentrated on her Tamil films with star heroes with four flicks in a single year. After a one-year gap, Keerthy Suresh is back to Tollywood and signed her fourth movie.
Keerthy Suresh is paired opposite Aadhi Pinisetty in a sports romance comedy in the direction of National award-winning director Nagesh Kukunoor. This yet to be titled movie has an additional interesting cast that includes Jagapathi Babu and comedian Rahul Ramakrishna playing pivotal roles. A strong technical team is backing this sports film with music by Devi Sri Prasad, National Award-winning editor Sreekar Prasad and Bollywood cinematographer Chirantan Das are part of the project.
Director Nagesh Kukunoor has made some path-breaking movies in his career and cricket is one of the major plot points that he includes in most of his films. There is no clarity about which sport Nagesh is going to incorporate for his latest film with Keerthy and Aadhi Pinisetty, its kept as a secret by the production team. As per the direction department team of Nagesh, major filming will be carried out in Vikarabad and Pune city. The pre-production work in done in details to warp the shooting in a couple of months and release the film before the year-end.
