From the day director, Ram Gopal Varma announced “Lakshmi’s NTR” film it has become the center of attraction for in film industry circles, common people and also between politicians. Makers of Lakshmi’s NTR has to face many hurdles to release the movie for a large section of audiences. Because the film plot involves the sensitive life part of Late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao even the censor board members took their sweet time to clear formalities for the movie release in both Telugu states.
The first set back for Lakshmi’s NTR occurred when the screening of the biopic was canceled by AP state government on the release date stating it will influence voters during the election period. RGV and his producers knocked court doors but their efforts went in vain but the movie got released in Telangana receiving critical acclaim. Director tried to conduct a press meet in Vijayawada city last month but he was forced to get back to Hyderabad city for security reasons by police officials.
With the election results getting declared in Telugu states and with the change of government favoring RGV, his producers Lakshmi’s NTR is finally releasing in Andhra Pradesh. Initially, the biopic was postponed thrice, first on 22nd March then 29th March then 1st May and at least Lakshmi’s NTR movie will be releasing on 31st May 2019 in Andhra Pradesh state. So fans, movie enthusiasts of AP get ready to book tickets for Lakshmi’s NTR next Friday.
