Analysis:

Mechanic Rocky starts in a predictable manner but picks up pace during the interval. The second half is where the story takes a complete U-turn, revealing twists and turns that keep you engaged. The final 40 minutes or so is where Mechanic Rocky truly shines. While the climax seems rushed, the film delivers in parts, and fine-tuning of the script would have added more depth to the story.

The story penned by Director Ravi Teja Mullapudi has potential, and he does a decent job for a debut director. Jakes Bejoy’s music is impressive, with a couple of songs being foot-tapping. The background music is in sync with the storyline. Anwar Ali’s editing is good, and the cinematography by Manojh Reddy looks colourful. Production values by SRT Entertainments are commendable.
