Mega Prince Varun Tej who recently scored a blockbuster ‘F2: Fun and Frustration’ along with Victory Venkatesh is now going to come up with a gangster drama titled ‘Valmiki’ under the direction of Harish Shankar.
Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead in this movie in which Kollywood star Atharvaa Murali is playing a crucial role. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on September 20th and confirming the same, Varun Tej has posted a poster of Valmiki on social media and captioned, “Nenu Ostunnaa September 20th na”. Hero Nithiin responded to Varun Tej’s tweet and replied “Nenu Choostunna September 20th na”.
Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under 14 Reels Plus banner are bankrolling this project. The movie is the Telugu remake of the Tamil superhit film ‘Jigarthanda’.
