Plot
The story opens with the shocking murder of a pregnant woman, a case suspected to be linked to black magic. The file is buried for years until a little girl named Advaita walks into a police station and files a complaint to find her father. From that point, things turn strange. Every man Advaita identifies as her father begins dying one by one. A determined police officer, played by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, reopens the case and starts connecting the dots. As the investigation deepens, secrets emerge about corruption, hidden crimes, and the truth about her own husband, Dr. Ram portrayed by Naveen Chandra. The film keeps asking: who is behind these deaths, is it really supernatural, and what role does karma play? The answers unfold in a tightly written climax that ties the threads together in a satisfying way. The narrative maintains curiosity and delivers a payoff that feels earned.
Performances
The film’s impact comes largely from its committed cast. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar leads from the front as the police officer. She brings authority and focus to the investigation scenes, making them believable. In emotional moments, especially when personal truths about her family surface, she conveys pain and conflict with restraint. Her screen presence gives the thriller a strong center.
Naveen Chandra as Dr. Ram is equally effective. He balances the calm demeanor of a doctor with the ambiguity the story demands. Naveen’s natural acting helps the character stay relatable even as the mystery deepens. His scenes with Varalaxmi have an honest, lived-in quality that adds emotional weight to the thriller.
Krishna Sai does justice to his role and brings freshness to the screen. His performance in the special tribute song dedicated to Superstar Krishna is heartfelt and energetic, and it provides an emotional high point for fans. Ragini Dwivedi adds glamour and significance to the plot, fitting well within the film’s tense mood.
Comedians Srinivasa Reddy and Saptagiri deliver timely relief. Their humor is placed without breaking the tension and gives the audience breathing space between intense sequences. Supporting actors Gemini Suresh and Vijay Bhaskar, as fellow officers, handle both serious and lighter moments with balance. The child artist playing Advaita also deserves praise for holding her own in a central role that drives the mystery.

Harish Sondekoppa captures night scenes and horror moments with effective lighting and framing, creating a chilling atmosphere without losing clarity. Editor Anugoju Renuka Babu keeps the storytelling tight and the pace engaging. The background score by Aarohana Sudheendra, Sanjeev Megoti, and Sudhakar Mario enhances both suspense and emotion, while the sound design adds to the eerie feel. VFX is used with restraint to support supernatural elements. The tribute song for Superstar Krishna is staged with respect and stands out as a memorable moment. Director Sanjeev Megoti succeeds in presenting karma as a chain reaction through an entertaining format.
