Story :
Three Friends (Ashwin, Vennela Kishore, Praveen) runs a resort at seaside. Each one of them encounters with a ghost in their cottage. They seek help of a Menatalist Rudra (Akkineni Nagarjuna) to solve the mystery. Rudra finds that the ghost of a young woman named Amrutha. What happened to Amrutha ? How Rudra solved the mystery forms the story.
Performances:
King Akkineni Nagarjuna showcases his versatile brilliance yet again. Consider this, he last played a devotee in Om Namo Venkatesaya, before that he was a wheel-chair bound millionaire, and now a Mentalist. And these are just a sample of three attempts. The star has been going on this path for a long time and delivering time and again.
In Raju Gari Gadhi, Nagarjuna plays a character that stands out both in terms of look and performance. The designing of the character is excellent and Nagarjuna makes it memorable with his presence. The scenes where he meets ghost for the first time and later continues the conversation or all the scenes featuring Samantha in the backdrop are very well done.
Samantha has a lesser role concerning length but when it comes to impact, she too stands out. The actress is exceptional in the emotional scenes in death scene of father and climax.
Ashwin, Vennela Kishore, and Praveen handle comedy with great finesse as they have become experts of sorts. The rest of the cast is perfect for the little roles they have been chosen to essay.

Analysis:
Director Ohmkar is back after blockbuster Raju Gari Gadhi. The title might give an impression that Raju Gari Gadhi 2 has something in relation to the past film, but there is nothing in common except the genre.
The movie takes off slowly and gets into full gear once King Akkineni Nagarjuna makes his entry. The story takes a turn and interesting details are revealed. The comedy aspect which works till then makes way for some well-designed thrills. The interval block is amazing in that aspect.
The second half maintains the trills and adds drama with very emotional content at the center. The whole block involving Samantha is sure to make eyes moist for audience. The climax is elevated by both Nagarjuna and Samantha’s superlative act. Overall, Raju Gari Gadhi is a fine work by director Ohmkar where there is a perfect balance between comedy and seriousness.
SS Thaman gives a chilling background score which is so essential in films of the horror genre. It is sure to be among his career best scores. The cinematography by Madhu is excellent. The movie bears a distinct palette that adds to the overall feel. The editing by Dower aka ran is sharp and it adds to the overall slickness. The dialogues by Abburi Ravi are fantastic. The production values are top class by PVP Cinema and Matinee Entertainment.
