World’s most awaited ‘Avatar’ sequels will take more time to see the light. Avatar which was released in 2009 was a smash hit all over the world. Prolific film-maker James Cameron has started working on Avatar 2,3,4,5 parts since the release of the first part. Avatar is announced to release in December 2021. But, due to the pandemic hit around the globe, it is now pushed by a year.
James Cameron has released a statement staring that ‘Avatar’ sequels will not release in 2021 as it is not possible to complete the film within that time due to the current global crisis of corona. He promises that what he brings to cinemas will deliver.
Studio Disney has announced the new release dates as, Avatar 2 on December 16, 2022, Avatar 3 on December 20, 2024, Avatar 4 on December 18, 2026, Avatar 5 on December 22, 2028, respectively. The team is currently filming in New Zealand it’s live-action scenes for the last 100 days.
