With debutante Ashish Reddy and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead role, Rowdy Boys hit the screens today and it is quite entertaining. Take a look at the review here!
Plot:
Akshay (Ashish) is an engineering student from LIT College and Kavya (Anupama Parameswaran) is a medico from BMC Medical College. There’s always a war between these colleges but still, two students from the colleges fall in love with each other. What leads to their love and will it succeed forms the plot.
Positives :
Ashish Performance
Dialogues
Direction
Romantic & Emotional Scenes between lead pair
Negatives :
Bit lengthy in some parts
Performances:
The best part about Ashish is that he fits well in the role of a boy next door. He looks great on-screen and he looks handsome on screen. It is very much evident that he put in a lot of effort to perform well and succeeded too. Ashish will definitely shine bright as an actor in the coming days & see his name as a “Top Star”. Anupama looks beautiful and she has got into the skin of her role. She has outdone her character and brought life to Kavya.
Technicalities: The production quality, Madhie’s camera work, and music by Devi Sri Prasad are assets to the film. The production quality is amazingly well. Harsha Konuganti has done a great job and made the best use of the much bigger canvas and the opportunity he received. It is a youth entertainer where youngsters can relate a lot to the story, and the scenes that happen in the college. Falling in love is easy. But living up to the promises and expectations is not. Harsha has shown this fact in a beautifully convincing way.
Bottom-line : High On Adrenalin Rush & Highly Emotional
Rating: 3.25/5
