During the filming of Saaho, heroine Shraddha Kapoor was announced as the lead in the biopic of shuttler Saina Nehwal. Even Shraddha Kapoor stayed in the house of Saina Nehwal for a couple of months and did intense training for months learning the shuttle skills in Hyderabad.
Without mentioning any reasons, the makers of Saina Nehwal biopic has announced that Shraddha Kapoor has walked out of the biopic film. Then another Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra name was announced as the actor to play reel life character of Saina in the sports biopic. For a month Parineeti is seen practicing and sweating it out in the shuttle courts along with Saina in Hyderabad.
During the promotional interviews heroine, Shraddha Kapoor was questioned regarding her walkout from the Saina Nehwal biopic by an interviewer. Shraddha Kapoor for the first time opened about sports biopic and revealed that her dates were clashing with her earlier commitments and she couldn’t allocate the required dates to the makers of Saina Nehwal biopic. This is the only reason behind her moving out if the biopic.
