Shriya Saran who has taken a small break after her marriage is now back in the consciousness of Tollywood with an interesting project. Noted Cinematographer V.Gnana Sekhar of ‘Kanche’ fame is turning producer for this film and a female director, Sujana is making her debut as a director.
Now the latest news is that Shriya will be playing the role of a simple working woman from a city slum who has a hearing-impairment problem. Interestingly she will also be seen as a mother to a young child and the plot of the film is high on emotion which is something that the actress hasn’t tried so far.
‘Taxiwaala’ heroine Priyanka Jawalkar also essays a key role in the yet to be titled movie which has the dialogues written by the most happening writer Sai Madhav Burra. Maestro Ilaiyaraaja has been roped in to score the music for the film. Watch this space for more updates on this film.
