Singer, music director, actor and producer R.P. Patnaik Meets SVBC Chairman; Discusses Devotional Projects Collaboration
Tirupati, September 13, 2026: Renowned Telugu singer, music director, actor and producer R.P. Patnaik today met Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) Chairman B. Sridhar Varma at the SVBC office in Tirupati and felicitated him on his recent appointment.
During the cordial meeting, R.P. Patnaik briefed the SVBC Chairman about his recent devotional music projects including the album “Deva Karunamrutham” (featuring Laxmi Narayanastakam, Datta Padukastakam, and Datta Chinmayastakam), the soulful “Appa Appa Ayyappa” devotional single, and “Pibare Rama Rasam” dedicated to Lord Rama. He also shared details about his “Sampoorna Bhagavadgeetha Taathparyam” project covering all 18 chapters.
SVBC Chairman B. Sridhar Varma appreciated R.P. Patnaik’s devotional initiatives and praised the quality of spiritual content being created. On this occasion, the Chairman thanked R.P. Patnaik for sparing his time and commended his interest in collaborating with SVBC. R.P. Patnaik expressed his anticipation to conduct more devotional programmes on SVBC in the future. Both parties explored opportunities to broadcast devotional music series and special spiritual programmes through SVBC’s platform.
SVBC, India’s first devotional channel in the public sector operated by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), continues to expand its devotional content including live temple rituals, Parayanams, and spiritual programmes for devotees worldwide.
