Tabu is one of the most talented and versatile actresses working in Indian cinema. Even after the thirty years of her debut, the actress still gets lead roles in many films and this proves her mettle. Apart from doing Hindi films, Tabu also acted in various Telugu movies. She acted alongside various star heroes like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, and Balakrishna.
Of late, she was not seen on the Telugu screen for a long time. Her last Telugu film was Pandurangadu, which was a 2008 release. After a gap of more than a decade, she is now making her comeback with the film Ala…Vaikunthapurramuloo. The Andhadhun actress is playing an important role in this Trivikram directorial.
Speaking about her character in the film to a Hyderabad based newspaper, Tabu said that her character needs her to express more with the eyes than the dialogues. She didn’t reveal anything more about her role in the movie but thanked Trivikram for writing a beautiful character for her.
All the Telugu audiences are eagerly waiting to watch Tabu on the big screen after a long time. Starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, Ala…Vaikunthapurramuloo is all set to hit the screens on 12 January 2020.
