STORY :
Anand (Rahul) is given a nine months jail sentence for a crime he did not commit. What is the crime he is involved in and what is his relationship with Chaitra (Mahima) is the basic story of the film.
PERFORMANCES :
Rahul is superb in a role that requires underplaying for most part. The raw energy is required in few places and that he brings as and when necessary. He is superb in the fight scene.
Mahima Makhwana is good in the role of an innocent college student who is struck by unfortunate circumstances. Her acting in the crucial scenes help people connect with the plight of the protagonist.
Ajay Ghosh as a reckless cop is in fine form. He cruel act is what is needed the most for the movie to work and he does it with aplomb. Ajay is part of the movie in second half. He does his part well.

ANALYSIS :
Venu Madikati must be appreciated for taking such a subject in the first place. Now coming to the movie, it is a heart wrenching story and the director has written a good screenplay to let the impact come slowly and with intensity. Everything is build up towards the climax and it is here the solid impact arrives.
The small blemishes lie in the way the scenes are build towards. There is a little drag in between which doesn’t add much in the end. Also the key relationship establishment between female friends could have been established well. It would have helped in greater understanding and subsequently bigger impact when the female lead does what she does. Without that connect, one could easily think the character could have simply avoided all the trouble. There is this missing logical sense and that is the problem with the thriller.
Musically Achu has done a good job in giving melody filled tunes. The background score is also perfect. The cinematography could have been better. Editing by Madhu is neat. Production values are decent.
Bottom-line: Decently Engaging Thriller
