Venu Udugula Produces Raju Weds Rambai, Alongside Rahul Mopidevi With Saailu Kampati As Director, Title Glimpse Unveiled, Theatrical Release On February 14, 2025
Director Venu Udugula who made critically acclaimed films like Needi Naadi Oke Katha and Virata Parvam has turned a producer and announced his maiden production venture, that will be bankrolled in association with Rahul Mopidevi on Dholamukhi Subaltern Films and Monsoons Tales banner. Saailu Kampati is making his debut as a director with the movie.
The makers announced an interesting title Raju Weds Rambai for the movie. Set in Khammam and Warangal border, the film is based on a true story. Films based on real-life events always spark a unique interest among audiences, and Raju Weds Rambai is poised to leave a lasting impression.
The title poster shows the protagonist playing drum, with his girl beside him. The title glimpse shows the girl introducing herself as Yenaganti Rambai who is fell in love with this drummer, as she loves the way he plays the drums. She says her love story is famous in the village like, the coal mines in their town Yellandhu. She describes their love story as Teenmaaar, Do Maar, and Nagini.
As the title and the glimpse suggests Raju Weds Rambai is a beautiful rural love story set in Telangana backdrop. With Venu Udugula backing, the project is expected to offer a memorable experience.
Coming to the technicians, Wajid Baig cranks the camera, while Suresh Bobbili provides the music. Naresh Adupa is the editor of the movie, while the lyrics are penned by Mittapalli Surender. Gandhi Nadikudikar is the production designer.
The makers have also announced to release Raju Weds Rambai on Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2025.
