The world is saddened by the sudden demise of veteran actress Geethanjali. The actress suffered a cardiac arrest and left the mortal world this morning. She is famous for her roles in Illalu, Sitharama Kalyanama with NTR and many superhits like Dr. Chakravarthy, Murali Krishna, Abbaigaru Ammaigaru, Kaalam Maarindi, and Sambarala Rambabu.
Not just that, the talented actress was also a member of the Nandi Award Committee. Her original name was Mani, but while shooting for the movie Parasmani, the makers changed it to Geethanjali. After working on a few films with Rama Krishna, they both tied the knot. Her son, Adith Shrinivas worked in the film ‘Bhuma’.
