Global star Priyanka Chopra is all set to appear in a Hindi movie ‘The Sky Is Pink’ after a long time. Farhan Akhtar is playing the lead role in this movie which is being directed by Shonali Bose.
The movie is slated to hit the theatres on October 11th and the makers are planning to screen the premiere at the Toronto international film festival on September 13th. As per the latest reports, Priyanka’s husband, Hollywood pop star Nick Jonas became emotional while watching her performance in the movie. It is known that Priyanka and Nick were busy with their wedding preparations when the shooting was going on. So, Nick also used to come to the shooting sets of ‘The Sky Is Pink’. In one of the recent interviews, Priyanka said that her husband Nick Jonas cried while watching her performance in the film.
Nick Jonas who was standing beside Shonali and watching the intense performance delivered by Priyanka Chopra reportedly cried like a baby. Priyanka Chopra will be seen in a mother’s role who struggles with emotional and financial issues with a sick newborn baby.
