On an interesting note, the Tamil media is claiming that two political leaders of Tamil Nadu might merge to form a powerful party. Superstars Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth are likely to join hands.
While talking in an interview, Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) president Kamal Haasan made this shocking statement. “We (Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan) have been friends for around 44 years. If the need arises, we will come together for the betterment of Tamil Nadu,” said Kamal Haasan.
Keeping their rivalry at the box office, Rajini and Kamal have always been good friends. So, Tamil media is now claiming that the chances are high that these two legendary actors join their hands in politics as well.
However, using the words, ‘If the need arises’, Kamal Haasan showed his willingness to tie up with Rajinikanth. Kamal’s MNM is contested in the recent Lok Sabha polls unsuccessfully. On the other, Rajinikanth is going to launch his own political party next year.
