New Guy In Town Aniesh makes his debut with Itlu Arjuna, presented by King Nagarjuna. Directed by Mahesh Uppala and produced by Venky Kudumula under the banner of What Next Entertainments, the film features Anaswara Rajan as the female lead. After building considerable buzz with its glimpse, teaser and songs, the makers have now unveiled the theatrical trailer.
Young Tiger NTR has unveiled the film’s trailer and extended his best wishes to the entire team. Taking to X, he wrote: “@anieshforyou , your debut speaks without a single word and that takes real guts. Choosing a role like this for your very first film shows how much you believe in the story over everything else. Wishing you a wonderful start brother. Best wishes to @MusicThaman #AnaswaraRajan @itsmaheshuppala @rajamahadhevan @VenkyKudumula and the entire team on their release on Nov 13th.”
The trailer opens with the police tracking down a thief and making elaborate arrangements to nab him. The investigation soon brings Arjun, a mute yet exceptionally smart young man, into the picture. According to the locals, he may not be able to speak, but his intelligence sets him apart. Beyond his sharp mind, Arjun has a heart filled with love for Keerthi, a feeling that goes far beyond words. However, the couple soon find themselves caught in a dangerous situation, with both the police and a gang of goons hunting for them. A mysterious pen drive and a staggering 1,000 crore deal form the crux of this intriguing chase.
Director Mahesh Uppala brings together all the essential commercial elements, blending romance, action, comedy and suspense into an engaging thriller-driven love story. The trailer also reflects his command over storytelling and presentation. Interestingly, it keeps the central mystery under wraps, leaving viewers guessing about Arjun’s true identity. Is he really the thief, an innocent man caught in an unfortunate situation, or someone with a completely unexpected backstory? What exactly is the 1,000 crore connection, and what secrets does the pen drive hold? With both the police and goons closing in on the lead pair, the trailer raises several intriguing questions.
Aniesh makes a striking impression and doesn’t look like a newcomer at all. Playing a mute character is particularly challenging, as it demands conveying emotions and thoughts entirely through expressions and body language. Aniesh handles this demanding role exceptionally well. His stylish appearance, expressive face, impressive screen presence and natural performance make him an exciting new talent to watch. He is equally convincing in the action sequences, especially the high-energy chase portions, showcasing his ease with both performance and action.
Anaswara Rajan makes her presence felt with a charming portrayal. Her character appears innocent and adorable but also has a strong emotional side. The way she encourages Aniesh to fight back and expresses her anxiety over the constant threat surrounding them, all while maintaining her natural cuteness, makes her character instantly endearing.
Raja Mahadhevan’s cinematography makes the romantic scenes look beautiful, while adding intensity to the thrilling moments. S Thaman’s music perfectly brings out the difference between the love and thriller elements, making the narrative more engaging. The production values also look impressive, reflecting the makers’ commitment to delivering a quality entertainer.
Overall, Itlu Arjuna trailer has surpassed expectations with its interesting premise, refreshing lead pair, stylish action and engaging suspense. With romance, thrills, emotions and commercial entertainment coming together, the film promises to be a wholesome entertainer. The film is gearing up for a November 13 release, and the impressive trailer has raised expectations considerably.
