We all know about the sensation created by Superstar Rajinikanth – Director Shankar combo with ‘Robo’ back in 2010. The sequel for ‘Robo’ they are coming with, ‘2.0’ is creating ripples since the day of it’s announcement. ‘2.0’ is being made with highest ever budget in Indian cinema. Technically the film will be superior and this is the first indian film which is being shot in 3D. Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will be seen as antagonist while Amy Jackson is playing as female lead.
‘2.0’ is setting new benchmarks in business circles too. There is a huge demand for the rights of the film. Amidst huge competition ‘Zee Network’ has bagged the satellite rights of ‘2.0’ in Three languages Telugu, Tamil, Hindi for a whopping price of 110 crores !!! This has become talk of the industry. Shooting is in its final stage and makers are planning to release the film worldwide on Diwali this year.
